Bearded Lady Coffee Roasters was born from the discovery that great coffee was available, but hard to find. If you could find it, it was hard to learn how to prepare it correctly. If you could find someone who teach you, the information could be unreliable or unhelpful.

After over a decade and a half in the coffee industry I can tell you with great certainty that we have come a long way, but there's still a lot to learn about coffee.
