Big Top Espresso Blend
Our Big Top espresso blend has been a staple at our cafe from the very beginning. Big chocolate notes shine in a lot of coffees from Brazil, and the Brazilian component of this blend is a great representation of that, and it allows this coffee to work great with milk drinks. There is also a bright and fruity facet of this coffee, thanks to the natural processed El Salvador component, that staves off any thoughts of the Big Top being boring as a straight espresso or in an americano. When combined with milk in a latte, however, the fruit notes take a back seat, providing you with exactly what you expect out of a latte that is great by itself, or combined with your favorite latte flavors.
