This yellow honey processed Brazil is mild on flavor- soft apricot, honey, and graham cracker notes, but is big in its thick, creamy texture. It comes from a woman owned farm in the Mantiqueira de Minas region and is a great example of the tremendously high quality coffees that are possible from the world's largest coffee exporting country!
